Go back to the Technic Launcher and click "Play" in the lower right hand corner of the TCIPG World of Power Modpack page.Mods have been popular for a long time for Android but it's only now (in 0.16.0) that add-ons have been introduced as an official feature of the game. Drag and drop the unzipped "WoP_15.07.24" folder from your desktop into the "saves" folder. The "tcipg-world-of-power-modpack" folder should now be in there. In your appdata folder, open the ".Technic" folder. Type in "%appdata%" in the run searchbar and hit enter. Once installed, go to the search bar in your start menu. Type in "run" and hit enter.
